A Keeling schedule is the redline of an existing law when amended by a later law (Act) or prospective law (Bill). These are very useful if you want to understand the current state of the law or how a law will be amended. The government often produces one eventually but is is very useful to have this information earlier as the law is being negotiated. The government tool is here: https://help.lawmaker.legislation.gov.uk/help/live/generating-a-keeling-schedule . I wanted to create a better version that would be available to everyone.
