NZ Companies Register Downloader
Chrome extension to allow NZ-based users to mass download all documents from the Companies Register rather than individually retrieving them 1 by 1. Also saves and renames the file automatically according to their date and document name.
Mitsuketa
Aggregator of the NZBN, NZ Company Role Search, NZ Disqualified Directors & the NZ Insolvency Register. Search any legal entity and view all upstream & downstream parent, child and related entities as an interactive chart. Move the chart around, detailed logic prevents display of irrelevant solicitor trustee accounts and current & insolvency status is displayed as well. Search any individual and if they are a director/shareholder, you will see all related entities they're associated with, whether they have been bankrupt or disqualified, and also view all associated addresses and signatures for KYC verification.
NZBN Word Add-In
Simple Microsoft Word add-in that you can plugin your NZBN API to allow regex searches across your document and confirm whether the entity is still trading, and verifies correct spelling/details etc.
TC Scan
Upload any contract or legal document, and it will display as 2 panes. 2nd pane summarises the contract in plain English (with optional Chinese and Hindi output language) and also allows you to highlight clauses for a more detailed explanation, while still retaining the simple plain English. You can also ask the chatbot for questions directly related to the contract. Designed for non-legal individuals, BYOK, designed to be forked.
