LegalQuants Plugins: Terms
Terms for the LegalQuants plugins for ChatGPT, Codex and Claude.

1. Scope
These terms cover your use of the LegalQuants plugins: LegalQuants Transactional, LegalQuants for Litigators, and The LegalQuants Companion. The LegalQuants website Terms of Use and Member Terms do not apply to your use of the plugins.
2. Licence
The plugins are open source under the Apache License 2.0. The source is at github.com/LegalQuants/lq-plugin-oss. The Apache License governs your right to use, copy and modify them.
3. Your Content Stays Yours
LegalQuants claims no ownership of, and no licence over, any document, prompt or other input you use with the plugins, or any output they produce. LegalQuants does not receive that content. See the Plugins Privacy Notice.
4. Not Legal Advice
The plugins are tools for legal professionals. Their output is not legal advice and creates no lawyer-client relationship with LegalQuants. You remain responsible for reviewing all output before you rely on it.
5. No Warranty
The plugins are provided “as is”, as set out in sections 7 and 8 of the Apache License 2.0.
6. LegalQuants Services
If you choose to use a LegalQuants service that a plugin links to (for example the application form, LQ Assess or the Residency), the terms of that service apply to that use.
